Talk:Laws of thermodynamics
Quotes & humor
I have removed the 'quotes and humour' section of the article, because I feel it is beyond the scope of this article to recount jokes about the topics discussed. I have no objection against humorous wordings in articles about subjects that relate to humour in some way, but for technical topics like thermodynamics, I think it should be avoided since it does not further one's understanding of the subject and only alienates parts of the audience who will be confused by the mixing of narrative and jargon. To me, this is like telling the joke about the two hydrogen atoms who crossed the street in an article about the Bohr model of the atom. Or the one about what the Jewish children did during christmas in an article about Judaism. Feel free to challenge me on this if you feel otherwise! Johan A. Förberg 11:29, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
